Shipping policy

We ship within the United States, including US territories, Puerto Rico, and US military bases.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping is a $7 flat rate. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

We ship USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships, though carrier timelines can run longer during peak periods.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at dan.paredes@valleystandardcompany.com and we will help you file a claim and make it right.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and packages returned as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
